Eventim defers to the Event Organizer’s specific policy regarding cancellation. Under most circumstances, they are not able to cancel, refund, alter or exchange an order once it has been placed. If your order status is marked as 'in process' they may be able to amend the delivery address of your tickets. You’ll need to contact their customer service team directly to do this.

No, each mobile ticket is only valid for one entry. You will always receive a separate mobile ticket for each seat or entry purchased. If you have purchased several mobile tickets, you can forward them to their individual owners so that everyone can access the event individually if needed.
