Earth Medicine accepts American Express, Visa, and Master Card.

If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. They may ask for a picture(s) of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. They will replace the damaged item at no cost to you once they have approved your claim.

Once they receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post to your account, depending on the original payment source.

At Earth Medicine, their customers’ satisfaction is their first priority. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to them within 30 days of its purchase for a refund less return shipping fees.

To return an order or partial order follow these steps:

*Select the Orders tab or menu item

*Select the "Return" button to the right of the order.

*On the order page enter the return reason and submit the form

*Send the products you want to return back to Earth Medicine at:
