On very rare occasions, an order does not arrive as planned. They ask that you use your tracking number to track your package on the USPS website before calling or emailing to ensure that there is an error.
Log into your Dwarves account, click on the order you wish to track, and the tracking number will be provided. If you do not have an account, please check the shipping email Dwarves sent to you. If you have attempted to track your order with USPS and there is a problem with the shipment, please contact USPS. Once a package leaves their facility, they are unable to discuss the shipment with USPS as per their rules.
If a package is missing, you will need to submit a ticket to USPS and send that ticket to them. They are happy to replace missing orders, however all requests must be submitted in a timely manner, within 30 days of the day of purchase.
