If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact them as soon as possible at info@drunkelephant.com. They will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Fedex.com provides proof of delivery. You can track your package on their website to see a photo of where your package was left. If the package is not found, notify them within three days of the scanned delivery date at info@drunkelephant.com. They will start a trace with FedEx and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
If your package or product was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify them immediately at info@drunkelephant.com. Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required your claim to be processed.
Please email details and pictures to info@drunkelephant.com. Please do not discard your item. They may ask that you return it for quality assurance. If you did not purchase your product from their website, please contact your retailer for assistance.
They want you to love your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, please send an email to info@drunkelephant.com within 30 days of your purchase, and they will provide a return authorization and mailing information. They will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: Their warehouse does not accept returns. They cannot ensure that they will be able to properly locate and process your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.
All items purchased directly from their website may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a Drunk Elephant product from one of their authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
They are unable to provide return shipping labels at this time. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning your items. They recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, they cannot issue a refund.
