Draper James delivers to the United States only.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-2 business days during promotional periods of high order volume.

Unfortunately, they are not able to cancel orders, edit the contents of orders, or change shipping addresses once orders have been placed.

• Returns must be made within 20 days of receiving your order. they have temporarily extended their return window to 30 days.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as merchandise credit (upon request). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you ship your package for your account to be credited. It can take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

• Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.

• Monogrammed and engraved items, cosmetics, hair accessories, gift cards, items purchased on final sale, and other select items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

• Items purchased online for pick up in a Draper James store location (buy online, pick up in-store) can only be returned or exchanged in person at a Draper James store

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days, less a $6.95 fee per return label.
