That being said, it can take 1 to 3 days to process your order, as seasonal factors and weather delays may affect their order volume and fulfillment team capacity. Whenever possible, they process orders the next business day, and they pass shipments to the various carriers the same day.
In the unlikely event that you received a damaged or defective product, you have the right to return it within the Return Guarantee period of 60 days. Please keep all the packaging materials, accessories and warranty information that accompanies your product as this may be needed should there be a fault. They do not replace items due to biting, chewing, or customer wear and tear.
