• The order confirmation went to your spam folder

• The order is not yet processed in their system

Douchebags delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location. Included in the below estimate is the processing time of up to three business days that their warehouse requires to process, pick, pack and prepare your order for shipping.

Douchebags is unable to cancel/change any orders made on their system once they have gone through the checkout process.

What if I'm missing an item from my order

Many of Douchebags products are sent in separate shipments because of packaging.

I.e. if your order contains two (2) Big Bastards and one (1) Aviator, this will be split up into different shipments. Although they should arrive at the same time, occasionally the separate shipments may arrive at slightly different times. If you need to pick them up at a postal office, it is important that you provide both the shipping numbers.

Before Douchebags get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following for your return to be approved:

• The return is initiated within 60 days of your order date.

• The product is unused and undamaged.

• All labels/tags are still attached to the product.
