You can return or exchange eligible items up to 14 days from the date your order was delivered as long as the products are in a resalable condition. Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged) with all the packaging intact.

Should you receive a damaged item for which returns are not normally allowed, please contact their Customer Love team. In order to ensure the team can readily solve your problem, please have the order number and the email you used to purchase the item available.

Please note damaged items are eligible for a full refund once the item is returned and the damage is confirmed.

You can check the status of your order under the Orders section of your account profile. Once your purchase is complete you'll also receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, contact their Customer Love team and they'll assist you.

Just click the "Need to cancel this item?" link, which is above each product's image on your order and underneath the estimated ship date. You will then be taken to a new page which will prompt you to select a cancellation reason and confirm by clicking the blue confirmation button.

If there are multiple items that you want to be canceled, this will have to be done for each item you are wanting to be canceled.

Once your order has been canceled please allow 3-5 business days for the pending authorization to be removed from your credit card.

If the item is already being processed you can get an update on the status of your order by contacting their Customer Love team. Depending on the item, they may be able to stop a pending shipment.

Please note that promotional Credits used on a canceled order cannot be reissued.
