DomainFactory accepts all major Credit/Debit Card.

To move an externally integrated domain to DomainFactory, simply contact the contract processing department via the express service in the customer menu under "Support -> One. done/ Make an inquiry".

In order to switch to them with your domain, please cancel the domain first with the previous provider to switch provider. The domain must be cancelled in writing, as your previous provider will only then allow their application to take over the domain.

If the change of provider for your domain fails, you will be informed by them via email. You can then restart the provider change in the customer menu:

• If a change of provider fails, the link " more information " appears in the general overview next to the respective domain. You can find more information.

• To restart the provider change, please click on the button "Restart provider change".

If it is not possible for them to debit your account, a so-called return debit occurs. In this case, you will receive a corresponding payment reminder by email with the request to transfer the outstanding amount (invoice amount plus flat fee) to their account.

If you suspect an error with your open items, please contact their accounting team.

If, after repeated reminders, no payment has been received or they have not received any feedback, they are unfortunately forced to block your account and forward the process to a debt collection company or their lawyers for further processing.
