Standard shipping times are 6-9 business days. Transit times can vary due to inclement weather, or carrier issues. These circumstances are out of their control unfortunately so they apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If by chance you receive a defective item, please contact them immediately and they will ship you a replacement.
