At this time, they only ship in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Designer Living is unable to ship to Puerto Rico at this time. All orders ship within 2 business days of placing an order. Orders that ship via UPS Ground arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.

To initiate a return on your order, please go to the My Account page at Designer Living. Then, simply follow the instructions as printed on your enclosed packing slip. Due to Designer Living having multiple regional returns centres based on product category, please return item/items to the address in the upper right-hand corner of your packing slip. Please note, return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and are not refundable.

Designer Living always stand behind the quality of their products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to them within 30 days of their original ship date for a full refund of your purchase price; sorry but clearance items are not returnable and shipping fees cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with their packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
