When you set up 2-factor authentication on your DeleteMe account, you’re adding an extra layer of security and password protection to your profile. This helps them verify that it’s you when you sign in on a new device, such as a mobile device or a public computer. This type of multifactor authentication (MFA) helps make sure that only you can access your account.

Each time you sign in from a device they don’t recognize, they’ll prompt you to enter your 2FA code during sign-in along with your username and password.

From your dashboard Select "Account" from the left menu, then select "Billing and Subscriptions" as shown below.

Selecting Delete My Account will bring you to a confirmation page.

The time it takes for DeleteMe to remove or keep the selected search results can vary depending on the user data policies of each website.

To cancel recurring billing or automatic renewal on your DeleteMe account, follow these steps:

• Login to DeleteMe at joindeleteme.com.

• Click “Account” in the left navigation bar.

• Click “Subscription”.

• Toggle the “Renewal” switch from on to off.
