Dealyard normally ships items within 1-2 business days from the day that payment is received. A UPS or USPS tracking number will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the item is shipped.

Yes, Dealyard do ship to PO Boxes. You must choose USPS Priority shipping rather than UPS Ground.

After you purchase an item you will receive a Thank You email acknowledging Dealyard has received your order. When your package leaves their facility, you will receive another email to let you know that the order has shipped. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number to allow you to track your package.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to Dealyard. In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but they estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at their returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days).

Each customer must contact Dealyard prior to any return. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 30 days of receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact.
