Return Policy - all SALE, special order, or personalized items are not subject to return or refund. All other items must be returned within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Additional details are below.

After a return has been received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. It may take up to 3-5 business days for this to reflect on your statement depending on your bank's policies. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. If payment was processed via PayPal or Amazon Payments, they will process a refund back to your corresponding account. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
