Yes. You are required to return everything that came in the original shipment, including the box, papers, manual, straps, accessories, etc. to avoid restocking fees. If anything is missing when they receive a return, they are unable to process a refund until all the pieces from the original shipment are in their facility.
Unless otherwise noted, you have seven (7) days from the date of shipment to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). The watch must be back at their facility within fourteen (14) days after the date of shipment.
