For customer hasn’t received the package after 10 days of dispatching from the Costumeslive sorting centre. It is acceptable for the customer to offer a shipping claim for further checking on the shipment.

All of their products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact them to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
