Yes. They open and inspect product before it is loaded on the home delivery truck. That means select items will arrive at your home with blankets wrapped around the item, not the original vendor packaging.

Yes. They can ship your order to an alternate address that is on file with Conn's HomePlus. If the ship-to address is not on file with Conn's HomePlus, please contact Conn's HomePlus and have the additional address added. Please allow up to 24 hours to verify the address with Conn's HomePlus.

Although time frames cannot be selected, they are provided the evening before delivery. You will receive a phone call, text, or email confirming you can still receive the delivery the following day.

If you need to change Conn's HomePlus delivery time, please call their Delivery Call Center at (844) 894-0717 to reschedule for a different day.

Any item (except Outlet Deal items) purchased in-store or online can be returned to your nearest Conn's HomePlus location. Find a store. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let them help you with a replacement, return or exchange.

Some items cannot be returned and that includes Mattresses and furniture (not décor & accessories) unless inspected by a Conn’s Service technician and found to have a manufacturer’s defect.

• If the item has not been scheduled for delivery, call 1-866-765-1513 to request cancellation. Please provide the invoice number to speed up the process.

• If the item has already been scheduled for delivery, you can refuse attempted delivery. Payment will be refunded in full to the originating payment method.

• Once the customer has taken possession of the product, a restocking fee may apply to the order.

• Special order items cancelled 24 hours or more after completion of your purchase transaction shall be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Special orders that are returned shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee noted above.
