Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. Reservations and booking payments are fully refundable, minus a $75.00 cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to check-in. Within 14 days the reservation is non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of the full deposit. Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds. They strongly recommend acquiring travel insurance.
They can accommodate for most dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets, however, they are not a kosher establishment. Please let them know in your reservation request of any dietary restrictions so their chefs can prepare to accommodate and deliver you an exceptional dining experience. Without advanced notice, substitutions may not be available at the time of your reservation.
No outside food, beverage, alcohol, or cooking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the retreat due to health and safety guidelines. They ask that guests do not have an open flame outside of the wood-burning heater that is provided in the tents.
