If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you ordered (even if that product is otherwise identified by them as a non-refundable or final sale product), they will replace such product if you contact Codex Beauty Customer Care within 30 days of receipt by phone at 1-855-263-3980 (North America) and 0800-484-0082 (Europe) or by e-mail at support@codexbeauty.com with your order number.

Codex Lab has a 60-day return policy for domestic orders. If you are returning packages or returning or exchanging Codex products and are outside of the United States, please be aware that shipping costs are not covered by Codex at this time. Please send a request to Customer Service by e-mail at support@codexlabscorp.com to obtain an RMA number and return instructions (estimated response time: 24-48 hours). Shipping fees, Import Fees and any additional fees are not eligible for refunds.

They are not responsible for refunds if packages are refused due to high Import Fees, packages are not picked up by the recipient of the shipment, packages cannot clear customs due to import restrictions of the destination country or items are missing because they are confiscated by customs.
