If you are not satisfied with your CLMBR VERSION TWO machine, you can request a return within thirty (30) days after delivery. Their guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, and the full extent of coverage is set forth within the terms of CLMBR’s Standard Warranty.

Sales of CLMBR VERSION ONE are FINAL SALE, therefore, it is non-returnable and the sale is final at the time of purchase subject to the exception for defects set forth herein. Unless you report a defect in the machine within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product, CLMBR shall have no responsibility to accept returns or issue refunds for products purchased as part of the CLMBER VERSION ONE sales promotion.

All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. CLMBR is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
