Unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering or by subsequent notification from them, shipments will be made via a carrier that they select, or if they give you a choice of shipping method, the carrier that you select. If you choose an express delivery service, an additional charge will be imposed at the time of your order. If your order is accepted and the items selected are in stock, your order will normally ship within the time indicated on our website. All ship and delivery dates specified on their website are estimates only and are subject to change. They do not guarantee delivery dates, and they are not responsible for delays by the carrier. Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to their Shipping Policy.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact their Customer Support Department immediately. Notice of order cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation of non-custom orders shall be subject to a Cancellation Charge equal to 25% of the Order Value, or the value of material and work performed on the cancelled product at the time of cancellation, whichever is greater, plus other reasonable expenses and overhead associated with the commitments or preparations to produce such order. Custom orders are non-cancellable.

Returns are accepted on stock items only within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by CSC and require a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original, unopened cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from any credit issued. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from the original shipment. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders, small orders, clearance items, special projects, non-stock items, or special packed and kitting orders.
