Once an order comes in, they send it your way as quickly as they can, making it hard to change or cancel on the fly. You can, however, change the timing or details of your Cleaning Plan shipments on your Profile page to make sure that your next order is just the way you like it.

They think their products are all that and then some, and they think you will too. But if your new cleaners are leaving you unhappy for any reason, please let their team know so that they can offer you a refund. They don't accept any returns for sanitary reasons, but they would appreciate it if you would consider donating any unwanted or unused products. Reduce, reuse, and recycle.
