City Unscripted accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards.

If you are unhappy with your choice of host, please get in touch ASAP at hello@cityunscripted.com and the team will do their best to connect you with a different host. However, please be aware that it may not be possible to assign another host at very short notice.

On the top right-hand corner, you can select the currency in which you wish to browse and/or pay in. City Unscripted offer 4 different currency options: USD ($), GBP (£), Euro (€) & AUD (A$).

Of course. Once you have booked, please specify that you are looking for someone else and leave the guest’s email address if you would like them to plan directly with them.

City Unscripted do what they can to accommodate you with any last-minute problems but they also have to be reasonable with their Hosts and 3rd party suppliers (for the booking services).

If you cancel a booking that only includes time with a Host more than 7 days before the commencement of the services being provided to you, City Unscripted will refund 100% of the Total Fees to you. No refunds will be made if you cancel less than 7 days before commencement of the services being provided to you.

If you cancel a booking that includes extras such as food, transport, tickets to attractions etc. more than 14 days before the commencement of the services being provided to you, City Unscripted will refund 100% of the Total Fees to you less the costs of any tickets, transport and food costs that may have already been purchased on your behalf.

No refunds will be made if you cancel less than 14 days before commencement of the services being provided to you.
