Chiemsee ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.

You can return unworn & unwashed items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For orders from Germany, your shipment will always go to the right address with the return label from the package - free of charge, of course. This also applies to discounted items. Please fill out the return slip included in the package and hand it in at a post office of your choice. If you no longer have the return sticker, you are welcome to contact their customer service and they will send you a new one. Returns from Austria, Belgium, the USA or the Netherlands can be sent back via a carrier of your choice. They will not bear the costs for this. In any case, please keep the return receipt until they have confirmed receipt of the goods.

If they do not find any defects during the returns check, the amount you have already paid will be credited back to you and you will receive your money back within 14 days. Please note that they can only accept goods that you have bought directly from them. If you bought an item from a retailer, please address the complaint to the seller with whom the purchase contract was concluded.
