Chefs Life ships within the USA.

Chefs Life customers will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been received. When the order ships, they'll send a shipping confirmation email that includes the UPS tracking number for your reference. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receipt of this email for your tracking information to be posted on the carrier’s website.

Once an order is submitted, they cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however please send them an email: orders@chefslife.com and they will do their absolute best to help you.

For product that has been damaged during transit, please provide a photo and description of the damage and email them at orders@chefslife.com.

if you are dissatisfied with your product you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. They will send you a return label and issue a refund based on the condition of the returned product/s as follows: Given the expiration dates of their products, unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase.

They do not offer returns for individual items. The safety seal on all three bottle must be intact to be eligible for return and bottles must be in their original shipping box.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping charge, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
