You will find the status (in production) or the tracking link of each of your orders, by clicking on "track this package" if it has already been handed to their carrier.
I want to modify my delivery address, what can I do/
Once your order has been placed you have 15 minutes to update your delivery address (only on the website).
Once the 15 minutes are up, you won't be able to make any more changes as your order will already be in production.
If there is a mistake in the address that you have indicated, do not worry. The order will come back to them and they will resend it to the right address. You will receive an email from them when your order will be back in their offices.
If you don't think you'll be in to receive your order and if the parcel doesn't fit through the letterbox, a delivery notification will be left by the postman so that you can collect your parcel at your nearest post office.
Please bring the delivery notification to the post office along with your ID to pick up your parcel.
If you chose their Express delivery and don't think you'll be home to receive your order, their carrier will be unable to deliver it, since Express delivery takes place during the day and requires a signature. If no one is home, the delivery man will notify you by phone call, email, or SMS to arrange another delivery.
