Cents of Style will ship your order within 3-5 business days at the longest (most orders go out much sooner than that). Once it ships it usually takes 5 - 7 business days to get to you (sometimes more, sometimes less), although they cannot guarantee when it will arrive as once it leaves their warehouse, it is out of their hands.
You are welcome to do a quick drop-off at their warehouse Monday-Thursday between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm. Because they are an online company, their warehouse is not set up for exchanges or trying on clothes. If you are returning an item, please include your packing slip with the item you are returning and drop it off at the front desk. If you'd like to exchange, please leave specific details on the packing slip and we will ship the new product if it is in stock. Unfortunately, they will not be able to check stock at the warehouse when you drop off your return.
Cents of Style is happy to exchange your item within 30 days of your purchase. You are welcome to send your new, unworn item, in its original packaging with the packing slip, back to them at 14699 S 800 W Bluffdale, UT 84065. All clearance purchases are final sale.
