Send your shirt to their Polk Street location (address listed below). Please include the packing slip that was included with your shipment, and let then know if it's an exchange or return. "Lost the slip?" Don't sweat it! Just drop in a note with your name and contact info and they will sort you out. Once California Cowboy receive your item, California Cowboy will process your refund or exchange, and you will get a confirmation email. If you're local and feel like a beer, drop by and they will process your refund in store.
