Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
They will accept returns within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be no more than 1/4 used. If you are returning a set, all the items in the set must be returned to receive a refund. Note, the fragrance discovery set is on the final sale. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. They do not pay for return shipping costs. Please include your order number so they can refund your card immediately.
If you receive a damaged item, contact them immediately. They will happily replace any damaged items purchased from their website. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
