Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the zip code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order. You can track your order online or by calling 800-426-3638, toll-free.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.

The following shipping methods are currently available:

• Standard 3-6 Business Day (U.S. Continental): $7.99

• Express 2-4 Business Day (U.S. Continental): $19.99

• Canada: $19.99 and up

Buxton has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact them at support@buxton.co. If your return is accepted, they will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
