On Your Desktop Computer

• After you sign in to your account, click the My Account dropdown in the top right then select Profile.

• Then select the Billing tab.

• Under Active Plan, select Change Plan.

• Then select Cancel Membership and give your reason for leaving.

• Finally, select Continue Cancellation.

On Your Mobile Phone

• Click here to access your Account Profile.

• Select the Billing tab.

• Then select Change Plan.

• After that, select Cancel Membership and give your reason for leaving.

• Finally, select Continue Cancellation.

You can cancel through your account at any time or send them an email for assistance. Make sure to cancel prior to your subscription renewal date and you will not be charged.

Refunds will be honoured for any account cancelled within 24 hours of the subscription renewal date. Refund requests must be sent to contact@bulldogonline.com.
