• Orders placed after 5 PM EST, over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), or on a federal holiday, will not ship until the next business day.

• Standard (Free) Shipping: US orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. UPS Mail Innovations inducts your mail piece into the U.S. Postal Service within 48 hours of processing. The U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the mail piece within three to five days, on average. UPS Mail Innovations requires 24 to 48 hours after the piece has been shipped before tracking is available.

• USPS Priority Mail: In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

• FedEx: For packages under 5lbs, after our processing, 2-business-day delivery is guaranteed. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Saturday delivery is dependent on your location.

Please note: The timeliness of parcels to destinations outside the contiguous US may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. Actual delivery times may vary.

Within 60 days from purchase, if you are unhappy and would like a refund please contact the BrickHouse Nutrition team by emailing contact@brickhousenutrition.com. They will gladly provide you with a return label at no additional cost. Send them the remaining product and once they receive it they can start the refund process.

• Note: They must receive the canister within 60 days from the date of the original purchase for the refund to be valid.
