Returns are taking a little longer for their warehouse team to process at the moment – they are working through all your returns, exchanges and refunds as quickly as they can. Please expect your return to take 10 days to be processed once they receive it into their warehouse, but if it takes a little longer than this please bear with them, they will process it as soon as they can. If it has been more than 14 days since you posted your return, please do get in touch with them.

Yes, it’s absolutely fine for you to put items from different orders in the same parcel and return them together. Please just include the individual returns forms for each item included, along with details of any items you would like in exchange, or let them know if you’d prefer a refund.

To see how quickly an item could be delivered to you, simply select the size you'd like to order and you will see the estimated timescale for that item.

The delivery time is also shown for each item when you get to your shopping bag. Just to mention these timescales are based on deliveries within the UK taking 2-5 days.

Customers in Europe should add a further 5-10 days and customers outside of Europe should add a further 10-15 days.
