Boppy currently only ship to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. They do not ship internationally at this time. They do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.

Yes! Product safety is Boppy's concern. Boppy products are rigorously tested to ensure their products meet the highest safety and quality standards. Additionally, Boppy is a leader in educating parents on correct product use, proper warning labeling, normalizing safe environments through images, and safe-sleep practices. Boppy Nursing Pillows are NOT for sleep. Please never use any nursing pillow in the baby’s sleep environment, and always follow the AAP’s “ABCs of safe sleep” – alone, on the baby’s back, in a crib or bassinet.

Products eligible for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase on Boppy unless otherwise noted. They do not accept returns from purchases made at other retailers. Custom Boppy Nursing Support orders cannot be canceled or returned. The Boppy , LLC accepts returns on merchandise that is unused and unopened. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Boppy, LLC is not responsible for lost returns. All returns are subject to the discretion of The Boppy LLC.

All flat rate orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping services are offered via FedEx 2Day Shipping, and pricing is dependent upon the total dimensional weight of your order. Boppy orders are packed and shipped from their Arkansas based distribution center in 2-3 business days. Transportation time will vary depending on where packages are being shipped. They do not offer international shipping at this time.
