Orders are shipped via U.S. Media Mail and should be received within 3-10 business days (7-10 business days if you live on the West Coast). For residents in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses, please allow an additional 2-5 business days.

Audiobooks

Orders are shipped via the U.S. First Class Mail and should be received within 2-5 business days. For residents in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses, please allow an additional 2-3 business days.

For the greatest value and enjoyment, you should pick a plan that circulates enough orders to always have books to read (audiobooks to listen to). The 4 at-a-time book plan usually provides 4-6 books each month as an example. The 2 at-a-time CD & MP3-CD audiobook plan usually provides 3-4 audiobooks each month as an example. The higher the plan, the lower cost per book (audiobook).

For paperbacks, the return mailer is normally folded and tucked neatly in one of the books. Please make sure you double-check the books before contacting them. For audiobooks, the return mailer is folded and placed in the mailer sent to you. Please check inside the mailer you receive before contacting them. MP3-CD audiobooks are sent in a 2-Way mailer that is also used to return your order. Members are encouraged to put return mailers in a safe place to avoid losing them. Replacements are costly.
