Bonsaii currently only ships to the US. For customers from Europe, please check out their products on local Amazon sites. Please if you could help to leave your physical address in order to avoid missing packages as some carriers could not deliver the package to PO Box address.

Typically orders ship within one to two business days of being placed. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Depending on the destination location, ground transit is one to five days. Bonsaii will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Bonsaii will make every effort to ship your order according to the estimated lead time, but shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If there are any unexpected order processing delays, Bonsaii will contact you and provide a revised shipping estimate. This kind of situation rarely occurs.

Orders are mainly shipped with FedEx Ground and do not require a signature upon delivery. They can change the shipping method if a customer requests to do so beforehand. And If you are not home to accept your package, FedEx will leave the delivery at your home in areas like your front porch, a side door, a garage area, or with your leasing office at the driver’s discretion.

If the product is defective, please email them within 30 days of receipt. They will help you to either return or exchange your product. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full once the full return is complete. After 30 days orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. (If your "after 30-days order" is under warranty, they would arrange to resend a new replacement for free if the shredder is defective.)

After 60 days the purchase from Bonsaii is non-refundable.

For returns within a 30-day trial, they will issue a full refund within 2 business days once the return process is completed.

Should you decide to exchange your Bonsaii product, you can reach out to their Customer Support team by them within your trial period to facilitate a return. Bonsaii’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for your Bonsaii product to be returned to them and help to send you a new replacement Bonsaii product within 3 business days. Bonsaii will keep you informed of the shipping status and provide you with the tracking number.
