If you've joined a meeting from your computer and cannot hear, be heard, or be seen then follow the instructions below:

• Check that your Camera and Microphone are not muted. Red icons with a strikethrough indicate that the device is currently muted.

• If your devices are not muted, but you are still experiences issues, click on the Settings Menu. Make sure that the correct Camera, Microphone and Speaker devices have been selected for your system.

When using your computer to attend a BlueJeans meeting, by default, the participant videos (and shared screen) will be covered up when menus are expanded to the left. To keep the videos (and shared screen) 100% visible, enable Scale Video to fit view.

BlueJeans is continually improving its network to provide the best possible meeting quality. If the echo is still heard in your conference, it is most likely caused by one or more end-point devices. To help pinpoint the echo source:

• If you hear your own audio back as echo, the problem is likely on the other person’s side.

• If the other person is hearing their audio echoing, the problem is likely on your side.

• Tip: the "Who's Talking" tab in the Participants roster shows who is speaking, and, will also display the source of "noise" coming into the conference. In this example, John is speaking, but additional noise is generated from Jane, thus Jane is the source of the echo.

To speed-dial into the meeting from your mobile (talking and listening only, without the ability to see the video/presentation, or be seen):

• Open the meeting invite in your mobile calendar, clicking the Meeting URL at the top

• After the BlueJeans mobile app opens, click the Dial-in Audio option

• Choose which published number you want to use

• Then press Call from your mobile's confirmation pop-up.

That's it, your mobile will speed dial the BlueJeans access telephone number, then, get you in to your meeting, without you having to enter the meeting ID or passcodes (if used).
