Bloomscape accepts VISA and Mastercard.
They have 3 sizes of pots. The small pot (for their small plants) has a diameter of 6.3 inches and is 5 inches tall. The medium pot (for their medium plants) has a diameter of 8 inches and is 7 tall. The large pot (for their large and extra-large plants) has a diameter of 11.8 inches and is 10.25 inches tall.
They take great care in growing, packaging, and shipping your new plants so theyโre ready to thrive in your home. This includes keeping them safe while they travel from the greenhouse to your doorstep.
Please Note: Bloomscape and their shipping partners are doing their best under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely during this time. They are experiencing longer ship times than usual. Your order should ship within 7-9 business days after being placed. The time it takes for your order to arrive includes order preparation plus the transit time to your location. To estimate transit time, you can use this map:
Please note that most plants are sensitive to very cold temperatures. In the rare event that your order is delayed due to inclement weather, they will reach out and let you know.
In general, they are not able to accommodate change requests for orders once they have been placed. However, if you just placed your order, go ahead and reach out to them here with your request (making sure to select โI would like to change my recent orderโ) and they will see what they can do. To receive a notification when your plant is delivered, schedule your delivery, change your delivery address, or update your delivery instructions, sign up for UPS MyChoice.
If your plant or pot arrived damaged, or your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please have your order number and photo of your damaged plant ready. Then, let them know via the form below so they can ship a replacement for you as soon as possible.
They currently only offer returns or exchanges on their care products and accessories.
At this time, Bloomscape does not accept returns on plants, but they do guarantee every plant will arrive in great condition, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.
