Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order at anytime prior to your order being shipped from their warehouse. To make order changes or cancel your order, please email them at support@bsbrand.com ASAP.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If your package has been returned to the sender (BlackStrap Industries), they are unable to reship any returned packages at this time. They may be able to issue a replacement pending inventory availability or provide a refund if inventory is not available. If you think your package has been returned to the sender, please contact them at support@bsbrand.com.

Please note that BlackStrap's Industries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. They recommend shipping packages to secure locations that have someone available to receive the package.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" or shows a final scan, they are unable to file lost-in-transit claims or offer refunds.

If you have not seen an update to your tracking after 20 (U.S. Domestic) or 30 (International) consecutive days, please contact them at support@bsbrand.com as your package may be lost. If the carrier determines the package is lost, they will either provide a replacement order (depending on available inventory) or provide a refund in full. Please note that claims cannot be submitted after 60 days from the original order ship date.

If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, contact them at support@bsbrand.com with photos of the damaged/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You must notify them within 30 days of receipt. They will handle it from there.

BlackStrap gladly accepts free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchases from their website. To receive a full refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in new condition.
