You must notify BigCommerce of your intent to cancel Services at least 2 business days before your Billing Date other than Analytic Services. If notice is not received 2 business days before your Billing Date, your Services will automatically renew for the next renewal period and the Service will be cancelled upon the expiration of that renewal period.

BigCommerce makes no representations or warranties with respect to any forums, blogs, private messages, emails, or other electronic discussion mediums made available through or in connection with the services collectively, or with respect to any information or materials contained in the discussion areas.
