The warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects in your Big Fig mattress or foundation that may occur during the 20 year warranty period. This includes an industry-leading body impression protection that covers impressions of 1” or greater.

Every Big Fig Mattress is made to order, wrapped & boxed, and shipped directly to you from their factory. For Quick Ship Delivery orders, your Big Fig Mattress will be compressed and delivered to you in 5-10 business days via FedEx. Quick Ship Delivery orders to Canada will be delivered in 7-10 business days via FedEx.

For White Glove Delivery orders, shipping generally takes between 2-3 weeks from the day you place your order until your mattress is delivered. Once your order is picked up at their factory, their delivery team will contact you directly to coordinate a convenient date and time to deliver your mattress.

If you don’t absolutely love your new Big Fig Mattress, we’ll come pick it up and refund your purchase it’s as simple as that! There are no restocking fees, return delivery fees, or any extra charges whatsoever to process a return. They do ask that you try the mattress for at least 2 weeks before initiating your return. Note that all returns must be made within the 120 night trial period and any upgraded delivery charges selected at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
