If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact them within 5 days of receiving your order. Images are required and all replacements are subject to our customer service's discretion to determine if the defect is valid under their New Condition clause. Slight manufacturing variations are not able to be replaced based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws or figure positioning. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered a Defective Item.

Big Apple Collectibles only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at support@bacollectibles.com for instructions, and confirmation that your item is still in stock and available to be exchanged.

If for any of the reasons cited above your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take anywhere from 7-to 10 business days depending on your bank.
