If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to Berg’s within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for refund products must be, in original condition, unused, with original tags attached. All clothing must be clean and unwashed. The presence of pet hair, notable smoke odour, or stains, may compromise a return’s eligibility for a full refund.

Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The facilitation of returns beyond 45 days will be at Berg’s discretion.
