BattleHawk Armory accepts all major Debit/Credit cards.

They only ship to the United States.

If see on the product "Ships fast, or available in store BattleHawk Armory, Grimes, IA" those items ship the fastest, usually within 1-3 days. Other items typically ship within 7-10 business days, however most orders ship much sooner.

All orders are processed in the order they are received, whether flashlights or firearms purchases, it makes no difference to shipping times, however some orders may move faster through a warehouse than others for unspecified reasons.

Shipping charges vary and can only be determined at checkout after you enter your address information.

You will get an "Order Confirmed" page and be sent an email confirmation that your order has been placed after the completion of an online purchase.

Most new firearms and products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer. They do not provide a warranty or repairs for any item they sell, as warranties and/or repairs, if available, are provided by the manufacturer of the firearms or products purchased. Manufacturer defects, including cosmetic defects, must be handled by the manufacturer, please contact them for replacement or repair of your item.

The buyer is responsible for paying a 10% Order Cancellation Fee if you cancel your order for any reason before your order ships and they can stop it. Unfortunately, this is necessary to their prices low for all of their customers. Buyer is responsible for paying for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 20% order stocking fee if they have to return the item after it ships and if a firearm has not gone through an FFL transfer, to keep their prices low for all of their customers. After items are submitted for fulfillment they generally cannot be cancelled. Please contact them to request cancellation under these terms.

Orders cannot be changed, added onto, combined, or edited once it is placed. Please make sure that your order is correct before placing your order.

They run a low-price leader model so all sales are final, they do not accept returns. Any issues with your purchase must be taken up with the manufacturer post-sale.
