If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Autism Brand item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 7 days after delivery. Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock. Please confirm with trav@travbrand.com before sending back your order for an exchange. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to the address below with a note specifying your order number and if you would like to return your order for a refund or exchange.

They cannot accommodate cancelation requests at this time. Once an order is placed through its website, its warehouse works efficiently to ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they are not able to cancel orders upon request due to this. Please make sure that any promo codes have been applied to your order before completing the checkout process, as the final price with the discount will be reflected before the checkout process is completed. Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by their warehouse. Please allow 14 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed to the time the refunded amount appears on your credit card statement.
