Sometimes those big speakers just don’t fit in the room or you might have bought a small subwoofer and later found out you’d love a bigger one. You may not believe it, but sometimes they receive items back that were put in the box with zero packagings and are completely destroyed or are missing many of the pieces that came with the item. Audio Advice also track serial numbers and will get back different serial numbers. They have even seen different items than what they shipped out be returned. The bottom line is if you treat them fairly, they will do the same. However, it’s very important to package things up properly so nothing goes missing or gets damaged in shipping, which will result in a restocking fee or even no refund at all.
