Armoire have a strict no refund policy for memberships and item purchases with one exception - their Immediate Cancellation Policy. When you sign up for Armoire, you agree to receive at least one case. If you decide that you would like to cancel after you receive your first case, please submit your cancellation request from your Membership page and return all items within 48 hours of delivery. Once the items are returned to the warehouse, you will receive a refund for the initial charge less a $25 styling fee. After that, membership payments and item purchases are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
Armoire ask that you send back your items by your membership end date (the date of your next billing cycle), so they are processed at the warehouse within 1 week. If Armoire does not receive the outstanding items on your account within 1 month of your membership end date, your membership will automatically re-instate.
Armoire have tight processes to ensure all clothing is clean and sanitised prior to shipping. They use both wet and dry methods for cleaning, and utilise a steam process which heats to 250 degrees. Clothes are delivered to you professionally cleaned and ready to wear.
Yes! You have access to Armoireβs expert stylists at anytime - if you have an event coming up or just want to see more styles, the stylists can either curate a selection of items for your next case, build a case for you based on your needs, or provide general styling advice.
Yes! You can always add bonus items to your case for $15 per item.
With pre-pay memberships, you pay upfront for 3, 6, or 12 months. Like Armoireβs unlimited plans, these prepay memberships are rolling and will automatically renew each billing cycle unless they hear otherwise from you! Once activated, your prepaid subscription pricing will renew at the same price as long as itβs active.
