Amy Myers MD endeavour to ship all domestic orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping exclude weekends. Overnight orders placed prior to 11am CST arrive the next business day. Overnight orders placed before 11am CST Friday will arrive Monday. When your order ships, they email you a notification of shipment, which will include your order’s tracking information. Please refer to their Shipping and Delivery terms for more information.

To initiate a return, please contact their Customer Success team at 512-721-0424 or store@amymyersmd.com and provide them with the lot number of the product(s) you wish to return to receive a return shipping label. Return labels cost $7.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. You must use the return label provided by Amy Myers MD in order for them to process your return, or they will not be able to refund your order.
