Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. After the tracking number is generated, it may take up to 24-48 hours for shipment scans to show from the carrier. Please note due to global shipping disruptions, package scans may not show until your package has been delivered.
They offer free returns on all eligible items (excludes items marked final sale) within 30 days of purchase.
They offer free exchanges on all full-priced and sale items (with the exclusion of items marked "Final Sale"). Please note that they need to receive the original item back in new, unwashed condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
