Amana accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards.

They deliver products big and small with their authorised delivery team or other standard shipping methods. Their in-home delivery service handles large appliances that are too big for standard shipping carriers. If you purchased parts and accessories for a large appliance, they'll try to deliver those items together.

Depending on your delivery area, you may be able to select preferred delivery dates or time windows. They’ll contact you directly to finalise your delivery date and time. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change based on product availability and other factors.

Be sure to note at checkout if your appliance needs to be delivered between floors 3-5. Deliveries above the 5th floor require a working elevator.

In some cases, depending on the products you select and their availability, certain items may ship separately. Shipping fees may apply to items that are shipped. Your cart at checkout will identify items that will ship separately and itemise any additional shipping fees.

NOTE: They only accept returns for products purchased directly from their website. If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return.

Request your return within 30 days from the date of delivery for a product refund on products that are in new and unused condition. Simply call 1-866-808-9274 with your order number or product serial number handy.

Delivery, shipping, and service fees will not be refunded.

Once your product has been received by them, please allow approximately two weeks to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. They have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with their return policy.

You can cancel an order as long as we have not started the shipping or delivery process. To cancel an order, please call them at the numbers listed above with your order number handy. They will refund your product purchase price as well as delivery, shipping, and service fees. If cancelling an item within an order means your order is no longer eligible for a discount or promotion, they will recalculate your total purchase price and apply applicable charges to your selected payment method.
